Today I had my final PhD review at uni - and all went well! I was able to put on the table the draft thesis - all 223 pages (single spaced) and 89,665 words. The review panel noted my progress as 'Good' and that no more review would be required, since I'm almost completed. I just have to continue refining the draft for all chapters, add a conclusion, and completely rewrite the literature review. I'll also be submitting a couple of papers from my work for publication in refereed journals.

When I do submit my thesis, which should be in May, I will then go to Laos to take up a job as Program Director for ADRA Laos. I got the call on March 16. It's all very exciting, and I'm thanking God for directing my path. More news coming soon - when the rush of finishing the thesis is over!
